Si...I'm looking into doing something like that. Since school is in Spring Break now its hard to get a hold of the ESE department but starting next week I'm going to give them a call. I know that we live in a small town so to speak so resources are not easy or funded here so it will take time. I just know that it is hard for parents whose children have autism to not have support. For me it was an on-line support group that got me through my oldest son's diagnosis and the diagnoses of the resot of my children. Thanks for your idea!! We passed out flyers at doctors' offices and posted in the online support groups...and we had about 9 people show up that first time! The group is still going, I am really proud to say!
